with his demanding job, he
always made time for his family, and retired from
daily work when it became clear he was needed
more at home.
Characters
Cassandra
Daughter of Mortimer and Bella Goth.
Following in her father's footsteps, she became a lab assistant while having the family she's always wanted. Although she never imagined being a single mother, she does everything she can to provide for her children.
Alexander
Son of Mortimer and Bella Goth.
Alexander was only six when his mother was abducted, and has looked to his older sister as a mother figure growing up. He enjoys playing Chess and reading books.
Anne
Biological daughter of Mortimer Goth and Dina Caliente. Despite her young age, Anne is very observant, and noticed the
behavior of the woman she had called her mother. She was adopted by Bella after Dina went
to jail, and considers Bella to be
her mother.
Randy
Adopted son of Cassandra Goth and
Don Lothario. Randy was taken into the
Goth family after losing his parents in
a car accident when he was only
nine. He loves sports and video
games, and enjoys bringing a
modern touch to the family.
Amanda
Daughter of Cassandra Goth and
Don Lothario. Amanda is very smart
for her age and is a strong willed child.
Alice
Daughter of Cassandra Goth and Don Lothario. The newest member of the family, Alice was still inside her mother when Bella was reunited with them. She's quite adventurous and has a habit of wondering off.
Family Friends
Jessica Brinadlii
One of Bella's best friends. A server at a local cafe, Jessica didn't hesitate to share what little she had with Bella. She tends to space out and her lack of focus tends to get her into trouble.
Lauren Rochella
One of Bella's best friends. After finding Bella wondering in the desert, Lauren, along with Jessica, took Bella in. Lauren is down to earth and sensible.
Scarlett VanHousien
One of Bella's best friends. Scarlett and Bella became close after Bella saved her wedding. Scarlett lives in the Phoenix suburbs with her family of four.
Joanna Kar
Kelly Curious
One of Randy's friends. Despite being the product of an alien abduction, Kelly is confident in her own skin.
One of Randy's friends. Joanna was technically the first person to see Bella in over a decade, forcing her into public life only days after she moved to town.
